Our Mission
We’re committed to providing every child entering foster care with a sturdy duffel bag or suitcase—never a trash bag. Comfort Cases
The Challenge
Because many child-welfare agencies lack the budget for proper luggage, children often arrive with all their belongings stuffed into garbage bags. This practice compounds their trauma, sending a harmful message that their possessions—and by extension they themselves—are worthless. Hope For Youth
Why It Matters
Research shows that simple dignity tools like reusable duffel bags can help restore a child’s sense of self-worth during an upheaval in their life. Advocacy efforts and new legislation nationwide are now seeking to end the use of trash bags for foster youth and ensure every child moves forward with respect.

Never Alone: Building Hope and Support Together
Lambda Omega Epsilon Sorority, Inc. champions suicide prevention by raising awareness through educational campaigns and campus events, partnering with organizations like the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to host fundraisers and Out of the Darkness walks, training sisters in peer support and mental‐health first aid for regular check‐ins and referrals, collaborating with local counseling centers to expand resources, and creating safe, welcoming spaces—both physical wellness rooms and confidential hotlines—so that every member and community youth knows they’re never alone and has access to the help they need.
